For privacy and security it is advised that usernames should not be equal to your email address or your full name. Also any members that create usernames that are deemed to be offensive or provocative, will be required to change their username. |
| 2) Avatars, Profile Pictures and Albums |

Please do not use a personal photo of yourself.
Partners and SO's may think nothing of using a snapshot of themselves, but may not realize that their photo could be suggestive or problematic for the PA's on this site. Please be understanding.
Please do not use any image that may be considered a trigger for other members.
This is a safe place, let's keep it that way. Please don't use images or photos of people as these could trigger other members. Please be sensitive to the other members here
In you user profile, please do not link to any page (ie. myspace, youtube etc.) that may cause other users to click out of curiosity and cause them to be triggered.
Let's take an extra step here and be really safe for the sake of everyone here who is working hard. |

Please do not link to sites outside TTF in your signature, or advertise any kind of product or service. Failure to follow this rule will result in editing of your post without warning. "Tickerfactory" images are OK but must be moderator or admin approved first. |

If you are involved or need help with this issue then your situation is beyond the scope of this board. Please get help immediately. Any discussion of such material or reference will be reported. |
| 6) Attitude. |

This forum is meant to be a constructive place, where you can offer support and comfort to others and receive the same. Anyone with hateful or malicious intent will be warned and then banned. Please respect each other and the fact that what works for one person may not work for another. |
| 7) Inappropriate sexual content. |

Please don't mention specific names of pornographic sites, films or magazines. This also applies to borderline media which may be triggering to some members. We endeavour to keep the site free of temptations and even the names of pornographic or risky sites could trigger vulnerable members. |
| 8) Steps of suspension / ban are as follows: |

You will receive a formal warning, and then on the second warning, you will be banned from the site. The severity of the ban depends on your actions on the site. There are 3 levels:
1 month for minor infractions. (You are causing trouble but it's obvious you have redeeming qualities)
3 months for more serious offenses. (You are a constant annoyance to other members and offer little constructive advice)
Permanent ban for major offenses. (You stepped over the line and don't belong here, you were posting inappropriate material, links, images, or anything that may upset other members) |
| 9) Excessive Religious Content |

This is a site for people of all faiths and beliefs. Please respect other's beliefs and don't use excessive amounts of religious content especially in the Journals of those with different beliefs. We have subforums in the Religious section for discussion of religious issues. |
