Please let us know if there is anything missing that you feel is valuable. |
| 1) Take a moment to introduce yourself in the "New member welcome area." |
| |
• You can get started by creating a "New Post" in the New member welcome area.
• Take a moment to tell a little about yourself, your story, and whatever else you would like to share, and say hi to the rest of the community. You will surely get a warm welcome! How has pornography addiction affected you? |
| 2) Create a journal thread in the "Recovery Journals" forum. |
| |
• Create a new thread in the "Recovery Journals" forum to chronicle your steps to freedom. Post in it frequently.
• Format your new thread by using your name in the post, and at the end you could add PA or SO to help members identify the journal better.
• An exmaple thread could look like: Your name's Journal (if you name was bob, it would be: Bob's Journal PA) If you are an so it might be: Mary's Journal SO
|
| 3) Read and fill out the "TTF Mission planner" . A good place to post your answers is in your journal thread. |
| |
• Taking the time to answer the questions in the mission planner can help you with a plan of attack if you are serious about overcoming PA. |
| 4) Visit the forums and post in your journal daily. |
| |
• Many users are surpised that responding to others on the forum helps them as well. |
| 5) Be honest with yourself and others. |
| |
• One of the assets to this forum is that by nature it is anonymous. Take advantage of this and be honest with yourself and others in your journey. |
