      Default 100,000 sober heartbeats

Who is with me in obtaining 100,000 sober heartbeats. If you have already achieved that, then go on to a 1,000,000 and so on and so forth.

That could be a challenge. I think of myself as a fitness fanatic, and a doc once measured my resting heart rate at 43 beats/minute.

Still, the slower my heart beats, the more of a challenge, right? I'm in. :)

According to the sobriety calculator I now have over 1,000,000 sober heartbeats (which is about 12 days).

Gnein, you better stay resting for 12 days...dont let that heart beat rise or you will have a shorter challenge. I figure that 12 days is about 1 million heart beats give or take a few, so I am in.
