Through the Flame Forums are provided as a service, to help those who are trying to get pornography out of their lives, or those who know someone who is.
Posting on this forum should be considered a privilege, and if you abuse the privilege, you will be banned from the site.

The focus of the forums should always be nurturing, supportive and constructive. If you see a member abusing these privileges, please notify the admin or a moderator immediately and the issue will be dealt with. Users of this forum should not make anyone feel guilty, or a place for personal attacks, or a stage for you to impose your belief system on someone else.

What works for someone might not work for someone else, and we ask that you respect people unique differences. Please not that by posting on these forums, you agree that all contents of our posts may be re-used at any time for any purpose on this site.

We will always respect your privacy and encourage you to not give out your personal information.

Dear all,

I would like to remind everyone that the forum rules are in place to keep this site safe from triggering material for all members. In some instances it may appear that we are being overprotective. However, the TTF team would much rather be accused of this than the feeling of knowing someone has relapsed following a link to unsafe site from Throughtheflame.org

We have huge trust in all our members to respect others and therefore completely trust you to identify what is a safe site and what may not be completely safe.

If you want to link to a site and are 100% certain it is safe, please do so. If you have any doubt, please ask a moderator for permission. The moderator that grants permission will advise the rest of the TTF team to that effect.

Things to consider when linking to other sites:

• Does the site have pictures of females or males that can be deemed as provocative?
• Does the site allow advertising, in which some adverts could be deemed as provocative?
• Does the site have text, video or audio that may have unsuitable content?
• Does the site have links to other sites that may trigger or tempt a PA.

If you answer yes to any of these, it should not be on TTF.

Ultimatley if in doubt dont. But the TTF team are here to help, so please do not hesitate to use them, as they will be happy to assist you.
