Xmas 2010 Competition

Dear Members,

We are not far of the christmas season, a season for sharing, giving, and gratitude. So Throughtheflame's way of saying thank you, we are holding a competition where two members have the opportunity to win $50 in Amazon vouchers!

Competition Entry:-

Submit a creative peice of writing with topic: 5 Years from now

Context:-

It's sometimes hard to envision life after the challenges brought by porn addiction. Sometimes we can't see past today or tomorrow.

Sometimes we daydream about what life will be like years from now when the challenge of PA is not so prevalent in our daily lives.

Have you set any long term goals for recovery, hope, and healing?
Perhaps now is the time!

Some tips and pointers:

• If anything were possible, if you could look ahead, what do you envision for the future 5 years from now?
• What's life like now?
• How has it improved?
• Changed for the better /Worse?
• What roll does PA play in your life?
• What has changed?
• What has remained the same?
• What helped you heal?
• What set you back?
• And, where are you now?

Rules:-

• Submissions must be made via a Private Message to Admin2
• Maximum word count 1000
• Only one submission per member
• Submissions must not contain text from any published source

Non compliance of rules will result in disqualification.

Selection process:-

• Following the submission deadline, all submissions will be reviewed by the TTF team, and shortlisted to the top 6. (3 PA's & 3 SO's)
• The top 6 creative peices will then published to all members, for each member to vote on their favourite PA submission, and favourite SO submission. Voting will last for a period of 7 days.
• In the eventuality of a tie, the deciding vote will be made by myself.

Deadline for submission = 1st December 2010

Member voting will begin on = 5th December 2010

Deadline for voting will be = 15th December 2010

Winner will be announced/confirmed on the 16th December 2010

Due to a slight shortage in entries for the competition deadline for submission will be extended until 12th December 2010

Member voting will start Tuesday 14th December

Deadline for voting will be 19th December

Winner will be announced on 20th or 21st December.
