Nice Thread Kudos! I've suffered from a panic disorder that I choose not to medicate, instead when I feel one coming on I make myself slow down and take deep deep breathes and slow exhalation, within about 5 minutes the panic usually subsides. I'm not sure if this will help anyone, but it helps me to clear my mind and calm down.
On the acupuncture note I have never tried it for myself but I saw on TV once a dog being treated via acupuncture, it was the neatest thing ever, the dog just sort of laid down to one side completely relaxed without a care in the world, it was a bomb sniffing dog that was traumatized by loud noises on duty. I was pretty amazed and would deffinatly try that. Love is the rhythm of two hearts beating

Talk to me baby tell me what you're feelin'
