You put the devil out, but, you let him leave his bags............... You decide to let go of past hurts & disappointments from growing up in an unstable family environment; yet, you believe you are unworthy of love from others & you refuse to get attached to anyone or you attach yourself to losers like the folks you said wanted to leave behind. ( you let the devil leave his bags.) You got out of a bad relationship because it was bad; but, you are still resentful & angry. ( you let the devil leave his bags.) You got out of financial debt; but, you still can't control the desire to frivolous things like P. ( you let the devil leave his bags.) You let go of a bad habit or an addiction; but, you still long to try just "one more time." ( you let the devil leave his bags.) You said " I forgive you;" but, you can't seem to forget & have peace with that person. ( you let the devil leave his bags.) You decide to take better care of yourself; but, sneak into fast food stores & stuff yourself with fats & sugars & then wonder why you are too tired to exercise,P can also do this to you. ( you let the devil leave his bags.) God has blessed you again & again & you've told God you will spend more time in the WORD & with people who love God's Word; but, Bible study & prayer meeting times don't fit your TV viewing schedule or viewing of P &, some of those people at that church are hypocrites anyway. ( you let the devil leave his bags.) Some of the things listed here have made me think & they relate to P in some shape or form. If you can come with your own, please post here. I wanted to share this with everyone, hope it helps someone.
