      Default Standing for my marriage

A few weeks ago, I was looking into a book by James Dobson called "Love Must Be Tough." or something like that. I was reading the reviews on amazon, and I noticed one woman say that although she respects him she thinks the approach doesn't work for everyone and certainly didn't work for her husband. She said her husband was already a broken man, and to have "tough love" for him would have sent him into an even darker downward spiral. So, she's recommending the website Rejoice Marriage Ministries instead. That website talks about standing strong for your marriage no matter what, to keep praying and stay strong. It's very inspirational and although I feel very tired now, tired of talking about P and tired of fighting it, I try to go there and say the affirmation, to remind myself of my vows, God's will, and how I need to protect my son from a broken marriage. God help me to remember all this in my darkest hours!
