Default The Vicious Cycle of "P".

So, yesterday I mentioned that I had taken some time to look into the "P" industry and find out just how bad it was for the people involved. As I have already mentioned, I was shocked and disgusted by what I discovered. The unbelievable demeaning of women, the filthy environment in which these people "work", the incredible amount of disease that is spread, the drug abuse, the list goes on and on.

This morning I was thinking about how the whole thing is a vicious cycle. From the Directors and producers of these films to the actors and actresses, to the users....US! I just think it's so pathetic. All of the aforementioned are participating in this vicious cycle. The cycle needs to be broken and by making the decision to GIVE UP "P" you are helping to break this cycle.

I feel badly for the people involved in "P" (the movie making industry). They don't REALLY want to be there. They got sucked into it one way or another just like we users of "P" did. It's sad.

I don't know exactly where I am going with this but I can say that after reading and listening to the people speak about the "industry" I have not had a SINGLE URGE to view the stuff. This may be the most powerful tool to help us PA's break away from our addiction. I know it has had a VERY POWERFUL IMPACT ON ME!!

I recommend that all PA's take some time and find out what the industry is REALLY all about. It will help you.

      Stay strong.

      Hi Bestshot

I understand exactly what you mean. My SO found and read out some of the victim (P actors) statements, it made me sick, still does. I had to ask her to stop, it was too much but she insisted and continued to read on. It really is an evil industry with no care for those it uses and abuses.

These statements play a big part in helping me stay away from P. It would be difficult to view P and not see what is really happening. I agree that all PA's should look into what is really going on because it ain't pretty. It had a really big impact on me too.

I believe if you want to quit this addiction, in your heart, it can be done. I'm new here to and there is a wealth of information and help from a lot of good people in the same boat as us and who have also beaten this.

      Stay safe
