Default Trying again and starting a recovery journal

      Hi everyone,
It's day 1 sober for me once again and I am so frustrated with how often I've relapsed on P lately. It feels it's getting worse and worse. I have posted here before but it's been a long time and I am in need of help.

I am setting a 100 day sober goal. I haven't done this in years but I ask for help that I may do whatever needed to make this happen this time.

Thank you for all the work you are each doing on your own recovery and in supporting this wonderful community.

      God Bless,
      Tryingagain

Glad to see that you are back on this road for a better life. If you have tried this before, and it didn't work, then you need to see what it was that made you keep slipping. It is so very important, that we have a good recovery plan in order. make sure it is one that is going to work for you. You said you have posted here before, but it has been a while. so I encourage you now, to keep coming here, and post on a regular basis. we can not give you any help at all, if your not here. we are only able to give you the encouragement, and support, if you come here and tells us about your struggles. So please come here and post, so we can help

In time, you can feel so much better about your recovery. as you already know, it is a long road that we are on. but the good news is, that we can make this road a lot better, if we do EVERYTHING, that needs to be done in our recovery

I do hope to see you around here more often. I do wish you the best in your recovery. I will keep checking to see if you have posted anything new here, and I will be more than happy to reply back to you I do not sugar coat anything, I will just speak what is on my mind

      Good luck to you
