Day one was yesterday.

TTF Mission planner:

I am weakest when...
- home alone, stressed, partner's period, I'm not meditating on my affirmations and the Bible regularly, I'm not being disciplined about exercise.

To counter this, I will...
- visit this site when I feel tempted (reading an article or posting something), install K9 (letting wife have access to K9 account), keep reading Bible daily, read affirmations at least weekly, keep jogging, keep a healthy love life with wife.

My biggest triggers are...
- hmmm, I guess just being vulnerable due to a build up of "male tension". Or of course, viewing even soft P or reading things of a sexual nature.

To counter this, I will...

I just wanted to jump in real quick, and say that, We are glad you are here for the help you need to recovery from this addiction. You are on your way to a better life. If you are to overcome this, please take your recovery to heart. You are able to put many things on you computer, to stop you from looking at porn, but you also need to find a way to filter your heart, so the porn cant get to you.

We need to make many changes in our lives. If we keep living the way we are right now, our recovery is not going to work. we need to STOP everything that will make us to give in to our addiction. If we take every step, to make sure we dont allow P to enter us, then we will have a lot smoother road to travel on.

I encourage you to come here daily, even if you are not being tempted, come here often, so you can write here in your journal. by you doing this, we will see the areas in which we can help you better.

So right now is the time to pick up your weapons, and get ready to fight this monster we have in our life. Let this monster, know, just who is in charge

I am glad to hear this my friend. this site will alway prove to be what you need to help in your recovery. we all have a long road ahead of us with this addiction, but it is so nice to know, that we are not alone here.
