      Default Mike's Recovery Journal

Today is day 6th with no P or MB. I would on and off watch or look at P frequently for the last 8 years. Before it was much more infrequent, however since I live totally alone and more time on my hands it's just easier. This past Friday I cancelled a P site subscription and here I am. I honestly though I was only one with the problem but I was shocked to read an article where a therapist stating P is becoming a huge problem.

I have already replaced some of my free time with reading a book and working out.

Default A week of being sober

It's been a week with no P or MA. This isn't my record. Alone I would frequently MB freqently, however my longest record alone is about 30 days, for P my record I believe around 60 days, so I can't wait to beat 60 days.

      Welcome Noname 1969,

You're off to a good start with a good attitude. Setting short term and long term goals will help you be successful in fighting these addictions. It's a constant battle, even when one isn't feeling temptation to relapse, so be vigilant in taking safeguards to ensure your success. There are members here at all different rates of progress, some struggling more than others. Check out some of their journals. But we're all here to encourage one another.

      Glad you're on board.
