I have on and off thought that I had a problem with masturbation and pornography. I try to stop and then get an urge and it overwhelms me and I ALWAYS give into this. Its been like this for about 10 years! Im in my mid 20s and have problems because of this. I have only been able to masturbate and not be able to ejaculate when im in realationship with someone I really care about. This is humiliating and I feel like this situation will never change and that I will never be able to stop being controlled by my porn and mb urges. I also feel like I have to view more and more graphic materical in order to "get my fix". I find myself viewing things I am ashamed to view. I even masturbate in those porn arcades often. Has anyone been in a situation like me and found a way to stop. I cant talk to my friends or family about this and even feel embarrassed to talk to a councelor about this. I feel hopeless and powerless. Can anyone give me some advice?

Welcome aboard,
I went thru your post and what you have mentioned is quite unusual but I did some research on the Internet and found out that people do have such problems, so cheer up you are not the only one and this this problem of yours, I am sure there is a solution for that.

I just read something about SCI (spinal chord Injury) and people who have had SCI do face problem with ejaculation during sex...I am not sure if that is the case with you.

What I would advise you to do is get in touch with an expert a therapist, there shouldn't be any room for hesitation, if you let me know if there is any kind of disease or injury you suffered in the past, then we could do some research on your issue together and find a lead to a possible remedy.

But I must say that watching porn and MB is not a solution, please don't entertain this habit , if you go thru other PA(porn Addicts) stories you will know that this just causes troubles.

Please do post a reply to with a little more detail, if you can give us a hint on what could have started this...
