Welcome Kriszha,

This is a tricky scenario that you are in. Since watching this site you've mentioned is a part of your job so you just can't do away with it. You also cannot continue this way because you are going to get addicted to this eventually, if you haven't already. So the best thing you could do is, if possible take a break, a vacation would be a great idea something that keeps you away from your work and more importantly the trigger the pushes you to watching P. Spend some time with your friends and family and do something that you may have wanted to do but didn't get time for.

You could also start a journal here and keep a record of your fight against watching porn.

After having said all that, the final call is yours so if your resolution to quit porn is strong enough then you will find ways, there will be times when you may think, you are going to lose it . But try to stay resolute and be strong and you can get over this problem.
You could also go through some of the journals and see if you can draw any inspiration.

Peace

Hello Kriszha,
Nice to have you here with us.
We all have our own stories, don't we? I had some problems with P and MB myself and after several years of addiction i finally decided to quit and i did. I am still struggling to keep myself away from it but I have been successful so far.
So I would suggest you do the same.. just hang in there and don't give it up at any point of time.

Avoid staying alone and idle ,as thats when you are the most vulnerable to temptations.

See you around

Lohan

Hi Bobo,
I would like to know more about your problem, most of us here are affected by porn on the internet and I am sure phone sex addiction is the same. if you share your experience, thoughts and troubles you've faced if any then there may be people over here benefiting from that.

Regards
Dan
