Default relapsed - 05-30-2008, 01:09 AM
it's been one month or more that i've decided to quit, and it wasn't my first attempt,my failed attempt'but the difference that the last one dealing with this site with an antiporn program software was "as i thought the best".
i tried in a hard way for about 2 or 3 weeks, everything was working and i finally felt that the exams period would be just pure and clean .
i found my self mb by time one per week than twice per week, now i'm in exams, and mb 2everyday and even twice a day.
my anti p is now failing to work, and i,m loosing myself and my exams and the work of all the year.
i can't i just can't, god may help me ,god may forgive me,or will i forgive myself?i just don't think that i could go longer..!

You can't expect yourself to be perfect. If you do then you will always fail...all of us will. Okay, you relapsed, and you are struggling with your exams...but you will be alright... and even if you failed every exam and had lots of problems with P...the sun would still rise tomorrow and give you another opportunity to do better. I know that it can be overwhelming but please trust me when I say that it will be better soon. Don't give up! If you need someone to talk to then PM me...I'd be glad to help you with the internet filter and making sure that you can set it up so it would be very difficult to get past.

Hey Enough,
It seems we have a lot in common. You see I'm in school too. I find that when I am not stressed, but well occupied, I don't have the desire to look at p. But when I am stressed, I isolate myself, with the hope to catch up on work and become stress free. But I get distracted and I find myself looking at p, and mb. I find that I am using sex as just a day to day thing and not using it as one of the rewards in life.
I don't know if I have any advise for you. I mean it is my first day. But I think we should take pride in what we are doing. I know that I have a problem, and I want to change it. I also am proud of myself, because my life is better than it once was. I remember when I first found p and I was looking and mb 8 times a day. I hope that you can remember that time in your life, and look at the huge steps that you have taken. That you and I and everyone one on TTF realizes our addiction and wants help.
Don't let the stress make you in to that person that we don't want to be
Peace and Love
Jane

Definitely don't give up hope, Enough. That's the one thing you can never allow yourself to do. And if you found you've given it up already, then reach out and grab it back. There are two certainties here:

1. If you never give up hope, and you keep fighting, you WILL be able to free yourself from P.

2. If you give up hope, and stop fighting, you will NEVER be rid of the addiction.

Those two things are universally and permanently true. Just remember them.

You can do it, Enough, just take it one day at a time. Sounds trite, but it works. Good luck.

AE
