Default Small relapse after 2 months..

So I just relapsed a bit. I didn't M but I looked a few images of P. To be honest, it wasn't even that satisfying so I stopped. However, I am disappointed in myself for 'breaking the ice' and looking at P. So I'm here posting and getting back in the groove of this forum.

I don't want to get back into looking at P. For some reason, I was alone, and the thought appeared and said "looking at porn right now would be very satisfying." So I gave in. Ironically, it wasn't at all.

I'm starting fresh now, again, and I'm recommitted to abstaining from looking at P.

      Default do somethig different

I'm just at a month or P and M free living and I worry about being in your shoes
Tonight I am sad - a bad sign for me
I have this advice for you - I hope I can do it when my challenges arise
GET BUSY - go do something different - non sexual and preferably physical
My thoughts and prayers go out to you

Hey LAman: Give yourself a lot of credit: 1. You stopped pretty quickly. 2. As you said, it wasn't that satisfying, so that's got to be a good sign. 3. You came here and told us: that was very honest. 4. And you said that "getting back in the groove" was important. I think you have a great attitude.

Finally, the fact that you are aware that it's a relapse, which is serious, but that it's a small relapse, which means it's not the end of the world, is to me very wise. Thanks for showing us the way to deal with this problem of relapsing. Hang in there!!!

I also liked Dave's advice of getting busy with something, preferably physical, to avoid temptations. I "knew" that strategy, but it was so good to hear the reminder. Okay, LAman and Dave, here is to working together to overcome this thing! Good luck!

      When I'm humble and grateful,

I realize that there is a big hole in my soul.

I used to try to fill it with porn,

      but now

I fill it with loving kindness,
