      Default Inventory

As I have been reading the posts here,
I noticed that many PA's aren't sure how
they can stop participating in the addiction.
I have found that once I made up my Mind
That I truly wanted to be free ,I set a goal
a DATE for me (OCT 1st). I am attending a12 step
program and it is working but since I did relapse
Something was missing, True Commitment. Also
I find that Writng a moral Inventory (step4)to find out why
I do these things is helpful. For instance, I lied so when
I wrote out my Moral inventory I addressed that issue
      Why did I lie? I found a pattern, I lied because I didn't
want to get into trouble. But hey By lying I was getting
into worse trouble. It makes me accountable to myself
and God so that I want to do better. Writing is a powerful tool.
Are there still Temptations, stresses, annoyances, YES ! I believe
with God's help I can get through this. I went in with Three
Addictions and Have lost the desire for two of them. Still working
at staying free from PA. Take care and Keep moving Forward.
      All My best wishes, TIM
