Starpuppy, im sure since your membership to TTF in 2009, you must have read the threads explaining the phases of sobriety, and what to expect when quitting p?
If not, I will give you a point blanks summary:
If you have been used to something that brings you a so called "happiness" for many years, it is only natural that you will feel some kind of void if you take it away.
Hence part of the strategy and tips that many members talk about on TTF is how to fill that void, and replace the pointless exercise of P with something more productive and rewarding, which in turn makes you feel great about yourself. Problem solved!
Use the knowledge thats here Puppy, this forum is designed to give you the tools and strength to counter this easily, but you gotta dig a little, to get maximum benefit a little effort is required my friend.
