      Exactly, morning erection is simply high blood volume and urine build up from the night. It is NOT arousal and does NOT have to be dealt with. Go urinate. That will take of it. If if doesn't, it's because in you have decided in your own mind that it's something else. THAT's the real problem.

      And if you don't have to urinate, realize that's it's just blood contained within muscles because the muscles are flexing - so focus very clearly on relaxing those muscles. Lie perfectly still, and mentally relax the muscles down there one by one. Visualize the blood draining from the area bit by bit. The muscles have to flex in order to stay erect. So if you totally relax, it will go down within a minute, I've done it many, many times.
