Default Thoughts for a good recovery

      Tough recovery yields great results
Help yourself, so you can help others
Remember, who you want to become
      Over power this beast
      Understanding relapses, do help
      Go to SAA meeting
      Hurtful thoughts, allows hurtful actions

Take time to listen to your Heart
Help your SO, with her pain
      Everyday, work your recovery plan

Focus on what you are doing, not of the past
Little steps, are better than no steps at all
A Relapse is not an option
Most importantly, it must be in your heart, to stop
      Everyday, everywhere, be on guard

I Encourage all who think they need it, to please give SAA meetings a chance.

Everyone here, needs support, give it to them
Do not get to comfortable in your recovery
Justifying a relapse, is not good recovery
Ask yourself how bad you want this recovery
Make a lot of room, for improvement in your life
Emotional times, can be triggering times
Support anyone who needs it here

7 days clean, is one week more, than you ever had
      1 day at a time

Just do what you can, and make yourself better for you
Emptiness in the heart, is a struggle for an addict
Never feel that you are alone in this
Make a recovery plan, that you know will work for you
A wondering eye, leads to a lustful heart
Count your blessings, your SO is supporting you

Help others, Support them, we all need it
Only you know, what your plans should be
Pleasure as we known it before, now is sickening
Enjoy your life, when you are free from this, what a feeling it is
Finding forgiveness within yourself, is important
Under estimating the power of this beast, will destroy us
Lust, it needs to be gone in our lives
Search all of these forums here, you will find what you need

Remember, we are not in this alone, we have many to help us

Oh my God, I destroyed my SO
Cant do this, if it isn’t in your heart to do it
Kick this addiction, out of your life
