      Unhappy Triggered . . .

I, too, have wondered about a PA being triggered by TTF threads/posts.

After all, writing about P makes one think of P - and we write about P from every imaginable angle, all the time. Its why we are here. Its why we NEED to be here.

I am new, and I am learning. I need to say what I need to say, but don't want to trigger anyone, nor be triggered myself: to more anger, more questions and suspicions, more sadness, more fear. I don't want to be triggered into MY "cycle" in relationshiop to this addiction either.

Anyone else wondering and willing to work with me and help me understand and be a part of the helpful support and not the trigger?

      Default i don 't know

Still pretty new myself yet unless your writing explicit descriptions about what you like to see or attempting to defend porn or stating in glorious terms how much you like it then I would not worry about it. write about your experience trying to change and evolve not about what you see. Then I think you will be okay. Beside if you get out of line the moderator will take care of that. See the rules

I've never sensed that being a problem here; but I'm sure it has happened. Nobody ever goes into detail describing p or their fantasies.

It seems that the best way to be supportive here is to keep clean of P use - that way what you say, think and do comes from a place of practice and experience. The older PA's here that have maintained their strength, integrity and been free of P always have the most to offer, their perspective in terms of PA is the most valuable and real...
