4 days "blue"

im 4 days "blue" as said in the 100 day goal forum =). and the great part is no temptation at all i mean in the past i've gone more then 4 days but im normally going insane by this time and i really want to thank you all for the help and God for letting me find this site and giving me the straight to start to get over this horrible thing.

any ways i just wanna thank all of you phil in the 100 day forum gives me a reason to look forward to the next day. Seeing all the people doing so well really motivates me to stay strong. Even when a see a few struggle i read about how they got past it and it helps me prepare my self for the struggle that i know will come
