      Default 30 day challenge! (with K-9 installed on my PC)

      So, today is day one for me. I looked at P last night and Mb.

      I felt the worst that I have ever felt.

      Today I installed K-9.

      I will attempt 30 days of no P

      if successful, it will be the longest string of abstinence that I have ever achieved consecutively.
