well its been 5 days now and so far still clean. it helps alot to read all of these posts and replies. 90 days thats awsome that seems so far away for me but i just have to take it a day at a time. i have to remember how this addiction hurt me and my family and i never want to hur them again. one day at a time. my wife has started leaving me supporting and loving words when she leaves i think it will help alot
My wife always asked the children when they were young, how do you eat an elephant--don't know where she came up with that, but the answer is always one bite at a time. Five days, one day at a time, soon 90 days will be here and gone. Congratulations!!!

congrats trueself. thats a big step. 5 days is awesome. I remember how much better I was already starting to feel by 5 days that I was accomplishing so much, and trust me, 5 days is a huge accomplishment. great job, keep it up.

Thanks HalfPint for this post. I recently had a 5 stretch for the first time in my struggle and it was a HUGE accomplishment. I felt amazing. I unfortunately struggle with waking up in the middle of explicit dreams and in this half awake state seem to lack any will power at all.
