      Default Going Strong

It has been almost three weeks since my last slip up and it has been going really well for me. My SO came home from being gone during the Holidays and we have been making big improvements not only with our relationship but with my problem. We installed a program on my computer that i feel will help greatly. you should check it out if you and your support groups are looking for monitoring software. it is at k9webprotection.com and its free. i hope everyone is doing good with their PA

Hey smokey, congratulations on your 3 week abstinence, stay strong and keep up the good work.

Thanks for the tip, web blocking software is a great step to take, do as much as you can to prevent a relapse.

For many of us, being active on here also helps with the addictions, so talking about your experiences and advising where you can, will benefit yourself aswell as others.

If you need anything we are here to help.

      Take care and stay strong!
