      As others have said, exercise is a great way to get the endorphins and improve yourself at the same time -- although it can sometimes become just as addictive as P! Still, it doesn't leave you with the feelings of shame that P does after a work out. And if I may be a little self-indulgent here, my particular passion of long distance bicycling has allowed me to see places that I would never have even known about (much less actually visited) otherwise.

      The concert idea that someone mentioned above is a good one, but yes, it can get expensive. Sometimes listening to music loudly on the stereo can be a temporary fix to get rid of the urge to look at P if you just need to get through a situation, but then, you could also come here to TTF as well!
