      Alright, deep breath!!! One full week free from P!!!! Awwww, exhale!!!!! Thank you all and I will post again soon to let everyone know how it's going. I hope that one day I will be strong enough to give others on here the same help that all of you are giving me. I can tell all this for sure though," Find happiness and security in the things that you already have. Anything else is a blessing , not a given."
