I want to say to every gay man reading this: I think it's especially difficult for gay men to deal with their porn addiction. I wish you healing and a sense of community here. Consider trying Sex Addicts Anonymous. It has helped me stay sober for over 15 months. I used to think that porn, prostitutes, strip clubs and anonymous sex was always going to be my future. Now I have surrounded myself with SAA friends who are gay and staying away from all of these things.

I thing it's especially difficult for LGBT folks for a number of reasons. Let me know if I can help you get started with your sobriety. As of today, I have about 18 months of sobriety, I'm gay (and recently married!!!), and I'm happy to give you support.
