      Default Professional Sports and PA

Just a question that popped into my mind with all the playoff games that are going on.

Does watching professional sport support the PA? Does is re-enforce the isolation of the addict?

I'm sure that this would vary from person to person, but in my case I don't think that this would be the case. Even when I'm not watching games in a social setting, it's still something that connects me with others. I'll discuss the games, teams, etc with others. Also, just being a fan of a certain team or sport can give a sense of belonging and unity with others. It can also be something to keep the mind away from idleness, that seems to be a common trigger to many.
