Ok, so the other day I was wondering why we don't have any challenges and others agreed it might be cool, so I thought and thought and thought.
What do all of us need? What can we all do that won't take a ton of effort but will benefit us in a big way?
So I thought about UP week, and I guess that was kind of a challenge but it was really great to put focus on all the really great stuff in our lives. So here is my challenge:
GIVE YOURSELF AN "UP" DATE!
But not the kind of date that you're assuming. This is a date with yourself to focus on YOUR positives and relax and rejuvenate YOU.
It doesn't have to be extravagant, you don't even have to leave the house. Just plan an hour or 2 to focus on what is so very awesome about you and all the great things you do and reward yourself for being so darned awesome. Bubble bath and chocolate are not required but are always VERY good options :)
