Ladies, do you check men out?

I agree with Admin2, about naming celebrities.

That said, this is a very good thread, even though it is hard to swallow. Funny how I (and I think most male PA's) don't consider this. "How could she check out other men?" But, it is only being human, and I am gaining a lot of understanding about how you ladies look at men. You are all able to look at them for outward personal values without objectifying them.

Hmmm obviously as women we are attracted for different reasons.

I have been thinking more about this today, there are two types of looks.

1. Instinctive look - I believe this is the limbic or "mating" look. lol. The look you can't avoid. Broad, tall, strong - seems to attract me in that "instant" sense. So this would be the alpha male. Except my experience with those types is that they aren't the best "mates", so I would never consciously look at those sorts of men.

2. Marriage look - Kind, fatherly looking, clean, well groomed, nurturing - this is probably the "will stick around and be nice" attractiveness.

Both make biological sense for different reasons. #1 being the "quick mate and run", and #2 being the "Long term partner" attraction.
