Default Book for SO's on how an addict thinks

This book about addictive thinking is great that I understand his mind. Is it a pretty thing no but understanding for me is a way of healing (OK I can point out the negative aspects with something besides just feelings.:D)
It breaks it down so that us non addict can understand their way of thinking and why.
