It's good that you are standing your ground and letting him know that this is serious business and if he doesn't get it together then you have to protect yourself and your kids.

Be true to yourself, and stay strong in what you want. It's a bit worrisome that he isn't open to counselling or outside opinon, is he really willing to risk his marriage and his family because he can't face up to PA?
