This song and lyrics remind me so much of my husband's feeling and emotions. I try to pierce through all the crap and get close, and love every part of him, he keeps that side of himself hidden, that side that contains the p and lust and emotional dependence on it. He doesn't want me to get there. Get close, and the difficult things surface, and because he's not accustomed to dealing with emotions, I believe sometimes he thinks it would be easier to let me go, in fact, I've heard him say it. But love prevails. This song reminds me of that:
