      Wow! Congratulations! That's wonderful!

      Best wishes,

The world is in a constant conspiracy against the brave. It's the age-old struggle: the roar of the crowd on the one side, and the voice of your conscience on the other. - Douglas MacArthur

"'Thou mayest rule over sin,' Lee. That's it. I do not believe all men are destroyed. I can name you a dozen who were not, and they are the ones the world lives by. It is true of battles - only the winners are remembered. Surely most men are destroyed, but there are others who like pillars of fire guide frightened men through the darkness. 'Thou mayest!' What glory! It is true that we are weak and sick and quarrelsome, but if that is all we ever were we would, millenniums ago, have disappeared from the face of the earth. A few remnants of fossilised jawbone, some broken teeth in a strata of limestone, would be the only mark man would have left of his existance in the world. But the choice, Lee, the choice of winning!" - East of Eden by John Steinbeck

      GoW,

I would like to join this wonderful chorus and express heart-felt gratitude for your sharing your story.

It is always so so good to hear the sound of victory and lives restored.

I submit that life after P, after the trials and tribulations, that it can be even stronger, more rewarding, more fulfilling, certainly more 'appreciated'!

I hope this is your experience.

And TTF definitely has a major part to play...

      Congratulations on the incoming Baby!

      Peace and Happiness,

      Daniel

Thank you. We have had a slip up since this thread, but we are working through that, and we are both far better equipped to dealing with it properly and we were able to resolve the negativity far more quickly.

We have open communication now and things are far better now, because it is far more honest and true.

      Have a brilliant day.

      Cheers

      GOW.

      Hi GOW,

I have been extremely lax in posting on TTF recently, but have been trying to keep up with reading posts when I can...but this thread slipped through my net somehow! Having seen it now however, I just want to add my congratulations to the list - CONGRATULATIONS!! >:D< That's lovely baby news, and I'm so glad to see another "happy ending" in the making \:D/

I'm also really pleased that your husband decided to make the changes necessary in his mindset and habits to create a happy marriage and stable environment for your baby to be raised in. The fact that you two are communicating well and are both able to deal with (presumably ever decreasing!) slip ups effectively is great...well, slips ups are never a positive situation to deal with, but getting through them with the least amount of fallout possible is still a good thing!

So congratulations again, all the best - and keep us posted :)

      GoW,
Your post was so encouraging. It's helpful to see that people CAN change and quit porn. Congratulations on your baby! Thank you for sharing your story.

      Amanda
