I hope you find it was worth the wait FM!

Abbie, you MUST make time to see this. Seriously. Do NOT wait for the DVD. Even though it wasn't all I'd hoped it would be, I'm glad I saw it in the theatre and may even try to go again before it closes.

OMG, That was amazing! and it was long too! But I didnt like the fact that it completely ignored the original batman with Micheal Keaton and Joker with Jack Nicholson. They should have made it fit somehow, like they did with Superman returns.

All in all, Absolutely Awesome!

Last, but by no means least, courage - moral courage, the courage of one's convictions, the courage to see things through. The world is in a constant conspiracy against the brave. It's the age-old struggle - the roar of the crowd on one side and the voice of your conscience on the other.

I'm on the opposite side of this one, I love that they made it a new movie all together and against the grain and lore of the original movies...I always found the Jack Nicholson version a little kitschy and cartoonist...I appreciate the directions the last two movies have taken in being more action, deeper story line, and psychological than frilly. If that statement made sense to anyone but me. lol

I do agree with vilma that they should have drawn the two faced story into another movie...but like how bm took responsibility for it because it leads back to the darker side of bm in the origional comic strip...all for the greater good and all.

Great movie...and I couldn't imagine missing it in the theater...if you can don't wait for the dvd.

Peace and love
