      Default P90x

P and MB consumed a lot of my energy each day. I have found that since I have quit, I often cannot fall asleep at night due to a build-up of excess energy. I'm pretty physically active, and I make it a point to workout regularly. However, I'm thinking about taking it to a whole new level. . . thus, I have found P90X. An intense 90 day workout program. I've been looking into it quite a bit, but am a bit nervous to commit to it.

I was wondering if anyone else on these forums has tried it?

Also, if I decide to give it a go. . . I was interested to see if anybody else here had an interest in taking the challenge with me.

I've done parts of it. It's very intense...the perfect thing to balance out a high energy level. Keep in mind though, you will need your own weights and or bands and a chair for starters.

I started with the screw on weights to save money, but realized they are not worth it. (I'm trying to gain muscle) because when I can't do anymore reps, it's much easier to just put them down, pick up new ones. By the time you put the screw on down, take them off, put new ones on, you've lost that burn.
