      Not even. Chernobyl's reactor had no containment vessels. The power plants in Fukushima are fitted with containment vessels, and thus any meltdown would be no worse than that which occurred on Three Mile Island (where the reactor core penetrated not even an inch of the several-foot thick containment vessel when it dropped).

      And the graphite coolant did not exactly help.

      I hope your right, but I really think in the next 5 days we are gonna see them pouring concrete and sandbagging around the reactors, I think they are in serious trouble here and waited a little bit too long to ask for help.
