Cool Morning sickness - how did you combat it?

To all the women out there who has experienced the "pleasure" of carrying a child, how oh how did you survive?

And do you have any tips to share for other women? Rather from tips on morning sickness and sleeping at night, to Dr.appointments. Anything is welcome.

I used homeopathy- nux vomica or pulsatilla. Really helped me but unfortunately there was just 2 weeks of constant 24/7 nausea that I could not escape no matter what. It was like I was on the brink of throwing up all the time, but never did. The only thing that helped that was rest and time.

I'm 8 months now and loving being pregnant, but in the beginning I just felt like shit. It passes, I promise! It's just so hard cause you don't actually have a bump yet, and can't feel the baby moving so you don't have the nice stuff that keeps you going.

I'm really feeling for you :) You've just got to stick it out, there isn't much you can do except try to make sure that you take care of the rest of yourself, do things that keep the rest of you feeling comfortable.

      x
