I really wanna Quit!! Frustrations !Urggh..

I am a 19 year old male that is hooked on porn. I would at least venture into porn at least once a week, maximum being 4 times a week. Each time I finished viewing porn, i would feel frustrated because I realised that I have polluted myself with indecent thoughts, contemplating on fantasies.Porn and masturbation have affected me so badly that I am having sexual fantasies almost everyday. I want to be a free, controlled man. Stopping porn is not easy because most of my friends watch porn and masturbate as well.

I need a buddy to confide with and track my porn usage as well as masturbation routines. At least, it would help me perservere and continue my stride to be porn and masturbation free.

If you're here for support you've definitely come to the right place. There are so many helpful people here... and we're all in the same boat trying to stop the same thing.

Can I ask what your motivation is to wanting to give up porn? Most guys your age don't see the harm, especially with your kind of usage. A lot of us here have been looking at porn much much much more than you have been. Why do you feel its not right to sexual thoughts of others? Why do you want to stop masturbating all together?
I'm not hassling you here, just trying to further understand you.

reasons that I should quit:

1) Porn takes up much of my valuable time
2) I feel lost without porn and get angry if I dont have one(like my life depend on it)
3) I can spend my time on more meaningful things rather than porn
4) It affects my social status
5) I wanna become a controlled person again where I am able to discern between faux desires and danger.
