I'm an addict

Hello, everyone, My name is TyC113 and I am a P addict. I am only 21 years old, but have been watching porn/addicted for seven years now. I just realized a few months ago after making some life changes that I am a P addict. I on the spot tried to quit and was able to for a short period of time, but unfortunately I just relapsed today (2x). I am coming to this site because I need help with this. No one in my real life knows about this. I thought it would be easier to come here. I just feel terrible for what I have done today, I thought I had things controlled, but I didn't today. I came to you guys who are also P addicts for advice. I need your help, please. So I thought that I would introduce myself to you all. Hi. If you want to know more about who I am, just ask me. I kind of think of myself as an open book, to an extent.

I am 23, and pretty much had a similar experience with p as you did, I used p from the age of around 14. Your welcome to read my original post or have a look in my journal. It's good to see that you said you had made some life changes, I'm also trying to do that as well at the moment.
