Welcome to TTF! I know you will find many answers to what you are looking for here as there is much wisdom on these forums! There are people here who know what you are going through and can offer support and guidance.
I encourage you to start a journal in section that is meant for you, either the recovery journal thread or the SO journal section, as it is not clear to me which you are after reading your post. By getting your thoughts and concerns down on paper, you can begin to let the feelings out to be dealt with. And that can be such a freeing experience.

Glad you are here to get help. I am about to leave, but I just want to say a few thing to you. I would biffently take Jens advice to start your own journal. by doing this, you can keep track of your journey, and it will also give us some ideal as to how we can help you with what you are going through

This road that we are on, is not a easy road, but there is no reason as to why you cant make it a lot easier to travel on

You will need to have a good recovery plan on hand, so you can get a good start on helping yourself with this problem. You can do this, and you are not here alone.

I will come back to share more thoughts with you, but I am out the door to get my daughter from school.
