Default Hope this is the answer-New

I found this site today. I think I am really ready to rid my life of this obsession which has been with me since my teens. I hope this is the answer. Feel free to offer any advice or words you think might help.

      Default Welcome from Fellow Newbie!

      OddwonTTF,
Thank you for joining us! You are not alone. I just joined this site a few days ago. I don't have a lot of recovery experience, but I can tell you that since I joined this site I feel that there is hope for me to change for the first time. Keep posting your thoughts, and you will find that there ate a lot of experienced people who care about you and who will offer you very wise and valuable advice. My addiction to porn nearly ruined my life, and I am fighting to get my life back every day. I will be pulling for you! Welcome to the Class of 2011!

Welcome! I'm glad you're here, but sorry that you need to be.

My advice is that you put yourself in a P-free environment as much as you can. That's really important, especially when you're just starting your recovery.

So, delete or destroy any P that you have, and put Internet filters on your computer and/or smart phone. The more obstacles you put between yourself and P, the easier your recovery will be.

      Wishing you all the best!
