=(( okay just wasted another morning I was supposed to be working toto succeed but no. wasted all morning. I don't know how to control this at all.. I work at home supposed to be this great independant sales rep but as soon as i sit in front of the comnputer its like is all over. I just barely get enough during the day to keep my job cause i am working in panic and guilt mode. i can spen hour s staring at the screen slowlyh building the hormones in my head till exhaustion. then as soon as i climas its all over. its like pooping a ballon what ever alternative state i was in dissappears and nothing but guilt shame and remose fills the void. I don't know how to be any differnet I ahve fought this addiction since i was 10 years old and now i ma 52. Need to change so I am here don't really know what to do next except stay connected to the greater good and not hide alone so her it beginse

Sdf8... you are in a good place to turn your life around and finally gain control, Welcome to TTF! keep posting and reading and seriously consider putting accountability software on your computer to help you keep your awareness up in this battle of recovery! I'll warn you that it's a long battle but it is won with little victories along the way but in the end the liberation from being free of the consuming life of PA & MB is one powerful reward!!!

Your story reads just like mine. What you need is the combination of determination and the help of this forum to beat your addiction. I've just gotten started here, only a few days, but after about 10,000 previous attempts to quit alone, I can already tell the difference. I know this is going to work for me, and it will work for you. Good luck.

Go to the tool bar, click on the Resources tab, scroll down the page, then you will see internet filters. the k9 seems to be the one everyone is using. and better yet, it is free
