Im new and struggling

Hello all, I am new here. It is somthing that I have been struggling with for a while. But I can see this getting worse, it has grabbed all of my free time. I feel if somthing doesnt change I will lose my Kids and wife.

You have come to a good place! You have taken a great first step!
I suggest you read up on the articles and supports that are here at TTF, as well as reading in the journal sections. I invite you to start a journal in the recovering journal section and tell what you are comfortable sharing.
There are recovering couples here at TTF, so perhaps your wife could benefit from joining us as well. She will need support too!
I am an SO here, along with my H Mac and we have found tremendous support and encouragement here which is important because we have not shared this with friends or family. This is our space for healing and it has been a Godsend to us actually!
Many here have found it very important to put filters on their computers. You may want to consider that at this time.

Glad too see that you have come here for your HELP, SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT You have said that you are worried that if something dosent change, you are in fear that you will lose your wife and kids. It can happen. Porn is one addiction, that affect all the members in your household. All we can do as men, is to change our life style, stop this addiction, and Pray that our marriage can be saved. Porn use by us men, WILL just about destroy our beautiful woman. I am glad you are taking the steps to rid yourself from this.

JENMAC as given you some very wise suggestions, and what she has given you, will work if you do them. This is not going to be an easy road to recovery, but if your heart, mind, and soul, are determined to fight this addiction, It can and will be beaten.
