      Default Teen P Addict

Started off when I was about 14 on a gamers forum looking at nn, now I'm 19 and can't quit. It's all legal, but some of it's borderline. I'm single. Thanks for the read.

Hello Chesslova, and welcome to TTF. Clearly youve joined here because you know this addiction is clearly not healthy for the mind of soul.

We have hundreds of members here, and a huge array of resources and tools that can give you the armoury and strength to control this way of life. So I would highly encourage you to read through all the new member stickied posts, and the getting started guide. From there im sure you will find your way, but if you get lost and needs some help, just shout out, and I assure you help will be with you in minutes.

      All the best.

Welcome chesslova. I can assure you, if you ever doubt it, that this addiction can be overcome. Many have overcome it, and those that have are no different from you. You CAN do this!

I know it seems tough to stop p/mb and when you're young and full of energy and single, it poses its own problems. However, if you think of it this way, you've a big head start on many of us who regret the 10-15yrs we've let this beast grow. Now is the best time. I don't know if you're into sport but its so important to use up that excess energy. Things like kick-boxing or climbing or whatever are great. one thing is for sure, if you spend too much time in front of a PC, it'll be twice as tough. I find coming on here 1st thing when I come to the PC steadies me. Read some of the journals, there are all sorts of people and stories. If you felt the need to come here, then PA is and will be a problem until its dealt with. And most of all, good luck and welcome to TTF!
