Hey, 1dayatatime! I'm so glad to see you here. Welcome! This is a very warm and welcoming community. You're going to really love it here, I'm sure.

By the way, I started up a version of the 100 Days Goal, if you're interested.

Hey 1dayatatime, I think it's great you have the humility to call yourself a 'newbie' here when you were one of the elders of npsupport - after all it was you who started the epic 100 Days Goal that Phil has now moved over here.

Hey, thanks. Although, actually I didn't originate the 100 days thread over at np. All I did was migrate it from the previous host of np. But even that was years ago now! Wow, time flies.

      Hi 1DAAT and welcome

I was a genuine newbiew at NPS. Still finding my way at TTF. There are a few more bells and whistles on this forum. And more promised for 2011.

It's great to see these old familiar faces.

Then after that one week choose whether to go on with the abstinence or whatever else you choose to do. In the long run you should find you can sustain longer and longer periods without Mb.

Of course you must always abstain from P. And if you can't divorce P from your Mb, then you have not choice but to abstain from Mb too.
      Hello,
I would like to thank You a lot for that post.

Reading Your login is probably more important for me than reading posts of many other users.
