Glad to see you here. This is a great place to get help / advice. It has really helped to steer me toward better recovery.
I would advise you to read some of the journals here and start your own. You will get tons of support and guidance.
You have a lot going for you. The only way to get better is to admit to the problem and work on it. It will be hard, but the end result is so worth it.
I am on the site daily, if you need to, please feel free to PM me. I'm always happy to help out wherever I can, and that is a step in my own recovery. There is no judgement here, only support.

I just wanted to welcome you to our community of recovery.
I am a PA 9+ months P free and I can't tell how important the support of the great people here have been to me. Like others have said the resourses here are endless, grab on to all you can.
Keep an open mind and don't be afraid to share stuff. No doubt whatever is on your mind, someone here has had the same.
Anyway like the others have said, you have definately come to a great palce
