      If you haven't done so already you should start your own journal and being telling your story.

      I Encourage all who think they need it, to please give SAA meetings a chance.

      Do you have a internet filter installed on your computer yet?
      If not, use K9 it is free, wont cost you a dime. not only will you save money, but you will save yourself from acting out.... Just a thought
