In order to beat this addiction, we all need to have a plan. A good plan, for our recovery. Since you slipped, that a good look at yourself, and see what may have gone wrong in your recovery. Make what ever changes that you need to make. The thing is also, is that we can not get down on ourself for slipping. we are all addicts, trying to change for the better. There are many roadblocks alone the path we are traveling on

If this recovery is not being fought from the Heart, we will fail in it. we do need the desire in our hearts to get rid of this monster

so get up, pick up your weapons, and continue to fight this beast. you will end up a winner

      Default Kill the beast

You are totally right. A goo way to overcome my addiction, is to help others and share my experiences.

Giving more of myself to others, trying to improve my human relations, conquering my fears, setting ''clear'' goals and perseverence, all those things will help me win the war and kill the beast once and for all. I know it won't happen over night, but it will happen someday!

      Thanks for the reply.
